Fellow DAB Family, please lift me up with your prayers that I might find a path to reconciliation with my girl friend and her family. Please raise her up that He might help heal the pain and confusion I caused. I truly love her and want a future together but the enemy got me with temptation and I foolishly cheated. It was an isolated incident that I wish had never happened. I visited a prostitute while I was in Las Vegas for work. I thought I was an Oak! I was led astray so quickly that I feel like a dandelion instead. It was such a strong temptation that I was completely under the devil’s power. I wanted to run away but when the time came to turn I went in anyway. I feel so weak and pathetic. It did show me the weakness inside me that still obviously exists. I’ve been free from multiple drug addictions for 34 months and 3 days today but my addiction showed itself in my sexual escapades. I try to stay in Gods word constantly and I pray often for her heart to be softened to me again. I know she is disgusted and I am as well. Im extremely embarrassed and it’s caused my depression to come back severely. I am thinking about suicide almost every other thought because I feel that I am worthless and that I will never be a good partner for her or anyone else. I feel like I am useless for God’s kingdom. I don’t want to harm people by hurting their heart or mistreating their trust and love. It completely breaks me that I keep screwing up when I have been trying so hard to do the right things. Pray that God will show mercy upon our situation and that He will make a way where there doesn’t seem to be one. I know that with God all things are possible. Thank you all DAB family and God Bless.
