The Lord's will in the situation with my assistant

    My assistant has been with me for 9 years. There have been some big bumps with her attitude and how she treats our team .
    It is hard on the team and she was going to be replaced. I interviewed a person that looks to be a better choice…But she is probably going to be hard pressed to find another job and that makes me want to make it work but the cost to our team may be a pricy one.

    Not to stereo type in anyway –She is 63, smokes quite a bit, and is not kind with her words at times. That will make it hard to be employable and I don’t want her to be destitute.

    I just want to hear and stay on the path the Lord wants me to be on in this situation.

    When you next pray, give your decision to God, this decision you have spoke of, once you have given it wait for God, dont worry if it takes a little while. I pray that if you receive a overwhelming sense of peace that you would know you have the right way forward and need not worry about her because God provides (Matthew 6:24-35). If you are still unsure ask your pastor for prayer and again my prayer is the same that peace would be given to you on this. Praying in Jesus name. Amen.

    Indeed in agreement with my brother.
    May the Lord reveal His will regarding this situation with signs following. Ask God some things that you would like as a sign ( DON’T SPEAK IT OUT ALOUD.. we have an enemy who likes to counterfeit God) . Pray in your heart so no one BUT you and God know the sign . Our God is a God of order and not confusion . He will make it so clear way forward.
