Please pray for my son Mico Reaves who has accused and confessed to something he did not do, due to the intimidation of the arresting officers. He has been locked up in Lakawanna County Jail for almost 2 years, the officer’s never said the miranda rights, never told him he was being recorded, did not even realize that he was under the influence of Alcohol and anxiety medication, they only saw he is a black man being accused by a caucasian woman, and at the time his wife, now ex-wife is caucasian. The stated after his arrest that she spoke to the victim and she stated that he didn’t do it and she was going to drop the charges but he confessed, there was nothing at the scene and they took DNA evidence per DNA report states that my son cannot be included as a contributor to the interpretable DNA profile obtained from the evidence in the case. The public defender tried to get the confession thrown out due to they didn’t say the miranda rights but the judge wouldn’t stating that they don’t have to say the miranda rights. Please pray for justice for my son and protection, grace, favor and for my son to get back to North Carolina safely to his family and for his mind and that those who are accusing him, who hate him would saved and come to Christ Jesus.
