Son in Cult-Like Movement

    My son for almost 15 years has had his life taken over by a cult-like movement. He is convinced of absurd things with completely consume his thoughts daily. He is out of state so I have not had much contact with him in these years. He essentially shuts out those who do not agree with him. I watched him go from a young man with above average IQ and everything going for him to someone who cannot maintain a job for long to someone who suffers from mental health issues and extreme anxiety. Not only that he does things that make a public mockery of himself and causes him to not function well in society. Obviously, I cannot convey all of the details here, but the gist of it is that his mind has been taken over. It has happened in the typical, signature way individuals fall under cult brainwashing control—complete with the charismatic and disturbed leader that had him under his wing and control. He has lost so much and practically thrown his life away over this. Please pray that God will open my son’s eyes and lead him to recovery, sanity and well being.

    Father, You are. You know. You care. Nothing is impossible with You! I stand and speak by the authority given to me and say to the evil that has influenced this young man’s mind, leave him, in the Name of Jesus. Mind be restored and renewed by the Word of God! Jesus Christ sets you free! You are free to leave this cult and walk in newness if life. Return home to your family with a clear mind and humble heart. Be filled with the Holy Spirit and lead others out with you! Thank You Jesus! Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world. Thank You for the good plans You have for this man. He can tell of Your power to save! I praise You!! Today is the day!! Holy Spirit lead him and others out of this cult and to their families- to our family, most importantly. Let his Mom trust You and not fear. Increase her faith and let her share the good news with others!! YES!! In Your Name I pray. Amen!

    Father I just come against all lies in the name of Jesus. Father show your truth. Protect this young man as you protected me Father. Dear mother, God knows your heart, He knows where all these children are. Have hope, your prayers are reaching God. You may not be there but God is. I am a child that has been delivered. That is all we need to say. Have hope momma. God hears you

Father, connecting us all as children of the Most High, through the Living Word, Living inside us, today, making and preparing us, as His Hands and Feet, Witness to all He brings forward into our path, He has created for us, already chosen by Him, Paid in full.
